What happens across the 6 weeks
Three distinct phases. Each one builds on the last
1. Orientation
Before anything changes, you need to understand the actual pattern you're in — and start building a real relationship with your nervous system instead of fighting it.
This phase is about setting the foundations: identifying the factors negatively impacting your sleep; determining the points and types of intervention required; capturing your current sleep profile as a base measure for progress; and introducing EFT ‘Tapping’ as a simple daily practice, starting to ‘calm the farm’ laying the groundwork before we go deeper.

2. Doing the Work
This is where the real change happens. We gently, yet effectively, approach the anxiety that’s holding your sleep to ransom and causing your nervous system to treat sleep as dangerous. We address the thought/feeling patterns, beliefs and memories, body held tension holding that in place. Alongside, we’re integrating practical lifestyle habits and behavioural changes as needed to address your stress effectively and build your positive relationship with sleep.
EFT sessions get more targeted here. We work with specific fears: what if I never sleep again, what if I can't function, what if tomorrow goes badly, including deeper fears..it’s not safe for me to sleep — and systematically dismantle their charge. You’re developing new habits and practices that stop you looping endlessly and instead collating evidence that good sleep is yours to be had again.

3. Integration and Embedding
The work is well underway. Now we consolidate and make sure it holds. You’re test driving the tools and habits that work best for you. You’re putting the changes achieved in and between sessions to the test, gaining confidence in your improving sleep experience. What you learn and practice during the program will set you up to take it beyond the program.
You'll leave with a clear, simple maintenance practice tailored to you. You’ll feel in control of your sleep experience rather than intimidated by it. You’ll know the conditions you need for sleep to come easily and naturally and how to create them for yourself. The foundations for good sleep are now in place and you will continue to consolidate all your good work beyond the program.

Too strung out? Exhausted? Then Reiki is the place we start. This gentle, energy balancing approach requires nothing of you at all. Simply lie there and allow the energy to weave it’s magic. No belief required to get the benefits. One to three reiki sessions may be your way into the program.
Coaching Between Sessions
Email support between sessions as needed to check things out as you put them into practice. You're not on your own til the next session.

Sarah Bartlett spent 14 years trapped in chronic insomnia — cycling through sleepless nights, failed fixes, and the particular despair of a problem no one around her seemed to understand. She tried the sleep clinic, the pills, the hypnosis, the supplements. Each one offered hope, then took it away. By the time she found her way out, she'd spent the better part of four decades navigating a nervous system that treated sleep as something to be afraid of. She knows this territory from the inside.
What finally worked wasn't a routine or a remedy.
